We use an exchangeable glass jar rotation system to protect the natural purity of your milk.
At start of membership, provide double the number of jars needed for your weekly pickup. For example, if you pick up 2 gallons a week, provide 8 clean, dry half-gallon jars: 4 jars will be filled for your current pickup, and 4 jars will be kept at the farm to be filled before your next pickup. At each pickup, bring 4 clean, dry jars to replace the on-hand amount so they are always ready for you upon pickup.
How to naturally clean and sanitize your glass rotation jars:
Pickup is available only on the dates and during the times shown in the Member Store. All pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Larger-quantity orders may require additional notice, and we will contact you if more preparation time is needed.

Logos Valley Farm started from God pointing us in the direction of stewarding our own food. The food we are conveniently given access to led to many health scares that made us rethink everything we have been taught.
Chronic diagnosis's like heart failure at 27 years old, autoimmune disease, among other's had us asking God what are priorities should be. A functional health provider and now mentor told us we needed to go carnivore as a way to give the body the ability to restore itself and reset systems that have been unable to for years.
This was not an easy task to do to our standards, our standards included only meat that is treated with the love and appreciation for what they provide us and if medication is necessary, it must only be derived from what God has made available, the holistic approach.
This meant we could not truly eat meat only if we did not know where it came from and did not know what it was fed, how it was treated and what it was injected with unless we did this ourselves. We then began raising beef of many different breeds, Brahmas, Angus, Wagyu, etc, and trying raw dairy of the highest quality in the industry, Jersey, Holstein, Nigerian goats, etc. Something felt missing from having all these different breeds but well get to that later.
The diagnosis of heart failure was difficult to accept when they gave statistical timelines it didn't seem real or like this is what God had instore for us. That being said, this diagnosis and timeline was never fully accepted, because God is the only one that knows the truth not a medical doctor with a specialty in one area of the body. Red meat was even told to us that it should not be consumed in high amounts with a diagnosis of chronic heart failure. But with the guidance of God this became exclusively our source of food from then on, including eating it raw with a side of organs, this was difficult at first but the primal feeling it gave, after awhile I almost preferred it that way. Needless to say, after the first 6 months of this, Mitral Regurgitation, Mitral Valved Prolapse, 39% Ejection Fraction, among other symptoms simply restored themselves completely. Cardiologist words after that MRI and Ultrasound were, "I cannot medically recommend what you are doing or explain how your heart restored, but continue what you are doing." We are taught in the medical literature that the only muscle in the human body that cannot regenerate is cardiac muscle, but it did, and this is because there are no limits to God, or the power He has given us to adapt to this world and self heal and self regenerate.
Back to the breed conversation, we knew very early on that raising our own beef and dairy was the right decision because we all felt better. Then we stumbled onto Normandes through a lot of research on breeds that can do everything, and instantly fell in love with them. You mean to tell me that there is a breed that I can get high quality dairy that rival that of Jerseys, all while providing beef that could be considered beyond prime select by a beef inspector, sign us up! After getting our first 75% bull at a couple days old almost 4 years ago he has shown us how worth it, it was to put all our eggs into the Normande basket. Now our goal is beyond just raising our own cows for our personal use, it is to help show others the powerhouse abilities of this breed, help build them in the Untied states, and show that they can do more than just look remarkable. Our way of life changed in an instant, but Normandes solidified that feeling that we are doing exactly what we are supposed to be doing. Our journey eventually evolved with our God led desire to start providing for our community a product that is not like others, and we feel it is apart of our purpose. Holistically treated cows, treated with love, treated with appreciation, and cleaning standards that are only derived by naturally occurring elements is what we will maintain, and through having our milk tested the numbers speak for themselves.
At this point, cows, specifically dairy, are our way of life. Their lives and ours have been intertwined by God, and we're grateful our journey connected us with you. Serving you, serving our animals, and stewarding it all one day at a time.
